Responsibilities
- Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned with corporate goals
- Lead target identification, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration
- Optimize portfolio through acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
- Define and manage corporate venture investment strategy
- Source and invest in high-potential startups
- Support portfolio companies and maximize strategic returns
- Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, and industry partners
