Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Lead target identification, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration
  • Optimize portfolio through acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
  • Define and manage corporate venture investment strategy
  • Source and invest in high-potential startups
  • Support portfolio companies and maximize strategic returns
  • Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, and industry partners
