Requirements

  • Proven success in business development and sales leadership within SMB retail environments
  • A track record of driving regional growth through strategic planning, execution, and team development
  • 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in a defined territory, preferably in fintech or consumer products
  • Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills (Salesforce or similar)
  • Willingness to travel extensively (65%+)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential markets to acquire new agents and expand our exclusive agent portfolio
  • Lead negotiations and relationship-building efforts to onboard high performing Agents (SMBs)
  • Support and grow existing agents by delivering training, tools, and marketing support to increase transaction volume and customer engagement
  • Ensure agents are fully equipped with POS materials and compliant with operational standards
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Provide clear direction on sales strategies, execution plans, and performance expectations
  • Motivate and coach team members to exceed targets
  • Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company goals
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to ensure consistent delivery of results
  • Implement and continuously improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue, transaction growth, and EBITA
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of agent onboarding—from sign-up and platform training to compliance and merchandising—ensuring a seamless and scalable experience
