Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare growth, business development, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of structuring & closing high-value deals in the health system space
  • Deep understanding of digital health, virtual care models, and health system integration
  • Executive presence with C-suite relationship-building & negotiation skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute a scalable health system growth strategy
  • Structure & close complex deals with health systems, IDNs, and provider groups
  • Engage C-suite decision-makers to drive strategic relationships
  • Ensure seamless partnership implementation & execution
  • Expand market presence & thought leadership at industry events
  • Engage as a leader and mentor on the broader Health System team

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, MHA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
