Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Experience, or Client Success, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive-level role
  • Experience supporting both enterprise and SMB customers and scaling structure around both
  • A proven track record of retention gains, program design, and team leadership
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive presence
  • A people-first leadership style grounded in results, not ego

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve a functional account management strategy into a fully scalable, customer-first program
  • Support enterprise clients with white-glove service while introducing automation and one-to-many solutions for SMBs
  • Own the renewal and retention process, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build frameworks for account segmentation, QBRs, and customer lifecycle health tracking
  • Lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence, guiding internal teams and client relationships alike
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CRO and executive team on customer insights, risks, and growth opportunities
