Requirements
- Extensive Sales Leadership: 10β12+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS organizations with a multi-product portfolio
- Global Team Management: Proven experience coaching, leading, and managing high-performing global teams focused on corporate-level named accounts
- Account Strategy Expertise: Skilled in developing account management strategies to expand and cross-sell within an established customer base
- Business Transformation: Demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
- Revenue Achievement: Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Inspiring Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture
- Executive Engagement: Extensive experience collaborating with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes
- Strategic and Analytical Insight: Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new strategic opportunities
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A structured, data-driven approach to developing and executing sales strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive & global corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share, and profitability targets
- Own and drive the revenue growth for corporate customers, ensuring consistent achievement of overall team quotas
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies in competitive SaaS markets
- Manage the pipeline and forecasting sales activity and revenue attainment
- Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance
- Lead high-level negotiations with corporate customers, structuring deals that are beneficial for both iManage and the customers
- Inspire and guide diverse, high-performing teams through transformational growth
- Oversee and manage global sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team of 7-10, providing guidance, and presenting growth opportunities to ensure they meet and exceed their targets
- Create a culture of accountability & excellence among by coaching experienced Account Executives to further develop their skill sets in handling corporate accounts
- Spearhead change initiatives to align teams with evolving industry trends and market needs
- Develop and execute change readiness plans, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders with deep expertise
- Cultivating and managing relationships with key corporate customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to position solutions that drive mutual success
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with our goals and customer needs
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader, representing iManage at industry events, and enhancing the companyβs reputation as a leader in corporate sales
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge for the iManage solution portfolio
