Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or similar role
• Experience managing annual audits and preparing for external financial reviews
• Strong track record of scaling financial operations and introducing financial maturity in start-up or high-growth environments
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including managing recurring revenue or subscription-based business models
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning specific to subscription or SaaS revenue streams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on long-term growth and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate financial insights to leadership
• Lead and manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and readiness for all financial reviews
• Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to ensure financial stability
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, driving accountability and alignment with company objectives
• Implement systems, controls, and processes to bring financial rigor and maturity to a start-up environment
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations using advanced financial modeling and analysis
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement effective risk management policies

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
