Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience (5+ years in leadership roles) in high-growth, multi-product SaaS companies, with proven success in global markets
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in brand perception and market positioning
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets and using insights to inform strategy. Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proven track record of optimizing lead funnels and driving demand with measurable outcomes
- History of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams with a collaborative and hands-on approach
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and experience, with a focus on creating long-term relationships and delivering value
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AfterShip’s marketing vision to establish and sustain market leadership, with a focus on North America and global scalability
- Lead efforts to refine AfterShip’s positioning in the competitive SaaS landscape, setting AfterShip’s product suite as the go-to all-in-one solution for global brands and retailers
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set priorities and translate them into actionable marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts, using analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing team that thrives on collaboration and innovation
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with the entire customer lifecycle
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation and learning, empowering the team to leverage data for impactful decision-making
- Develop clear and compelling messaging that highlights the unique value of AfterShip’s suite of solutions for global brands and retailers
- Lead competitive analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with Product teams to align features and offerings with market demands and customer needs
- Spearhead efforts to refresh AfterShip’s brand positioning to boost global identity and relevance
- Design and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Maximize ROI by optimizing marketing spend and leveraging data to refine strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or customer experience industries
- Strong network within the SaaS marketing community, including relationships with influencers, media, and analysts
- Knowledge of global markets and the ability to adapt strategies for regional nuances
