Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategic planning, preferably within a consulting firm or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations and driving cross-functional alignment in a SaaS company with recurring revenue models
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics, revenue forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in CRM and revenue tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution
- Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the CRO to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that drives predictable, scalable growth
- Lead cross-functional planning for GTM and revenue-related initiatives (KPIs, targets, key initiatives), ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, support, customer success, and product teams
- Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to identify new revenue opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional plans to achieve them
- Oversee and continually improve upon our GTM processes, systems, and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms), ensuring we continue to innovate ahead of the competition in how we use technology to serve our customers and grow
- Lead reporting for all GTM teams, partnering with peer leaders to enable visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement within their teams
- Drive the operational reporting cadence, including weekly team reviews, monthly forecast updates, QBRs and board prep
- Establish and maintain a data governance framework to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of revenue-related metrics and KPIs
- Design and implement pricing and packaging changes that align price to customer value across products, and serve as a central leader for pricing across the business
- Drive continuous improvements in sales enablement, marketing efficiency, and customer success processes to ensure operational excellence
- Lead efforts to streamline workflows and eliminate friction points across the customer journey, working with internal stakeholders including billing and legal
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue lifecycle, providing actionable insights to improve pipeline velocity, customer retention, and overall revenue performance
- Design and deliver robust forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Support the design and execution of compensation and incentive plans, including commission structures
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue strategy and operations team
- Foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability
