Requirements
- Proven leadership in growth marketing, with a strong background in both developer-focused and enterprise sales strategies, and in building a world-class team
- Expertise in marketing operations, performance analytics, and A/B testing to drive measurable results and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute growth strategies across PLG, paid, organic, and enterprise sales channels, driving both developer and enterprise customer acquisition
- Collaborate with co-sell partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive enterprise sales and expand Deepgramβs reach
- Oversee demand generation, content marketing, SEO, PLG strategies, digital marketing, and marketing operations to ensure effective and scalable growth
- Utilize performance analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement across all channels
- Collaborate with senior executives, including CEO, COO, Chief Strategy Officer, VP of Product, and VP of Partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with enterprise SaaS companies, particularly in developer tools or AI/ML products
- Familiarity with partner marketing and joint sales strategies to drive enterprise business growth and expand market presence
