Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of business development experience in a metrics driven environment is required
  • Experience selling into healthcare facilities is required
  • Willingness to travel within assigned market region
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related fields
  • An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
  • This is an individual contributor position and will be remotely based in New York or Jersey

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic networking plans to penetrate target markets
  • Identify and engage with C-suite executives and buyers in health systems
  • Create innovative approaches to meet potential clients and build lasting relationships
  • Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
  • Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business
  • Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s full suite of services and software to healthcare organizations
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and social gatherings
  • Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
  • Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and software
  • Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals

  • Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $150,000+. Exciting incentive compensation in addition to base salary with ability to transcend your personal income situation for top performance
