Summary

The position requires 15+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and human resources, with 10+ years in a leadership capacity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and human resources, with 10+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven success in hiring and scaling teams at a high-growth startup, preferably in the SaaS or technology space (5+ years minimum)
  • Deep experience hiring across technical (R&D), go-to-market (Sales, CS, Marketing), and general business (Finance, HR, Legal) roles
  • A strategic mindset combined with operational rigor β€” you’re comfortable driving both vision and execution
  • Empathetic leadership style with the ability to build trust, foster relationships, and support professional growth
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand different functional needs, company goals, and market context
  • A passion for inclusive hiring, culture-building, and developing people-first programs that scale

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across all departments (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, G&A)
  • Proactively identify evolving hiring needs and build systems to support rapid, high-quality hiring in a competitive market
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Develop a data-driven hiring process that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Maintain and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
  • Research and implement best-in-class sourcing tools, recruiting software, and ATS solutions
  • Promote DEI across hiring and HR practices, ensuring diverse talent is consistently engaged and included
  • Develop programs and initiatives that support a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equity across all levels of the organization
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth, engaging, and scalable experience for all new hires
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning, employee development programs, and engagement strategies that retain and grow top talent
  • Represent Interface.ai’s culture and employer brand internally and externally β€” including organizing hiring events and partnerships
