Join Fetch Rewards as their Vice President of Strategy & Operations, where you will define and drive the strategic direction and operational execution of their core shopping business. Reporting to the SVP of Commercialization and partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will instill focus, discipline, and accountability across Fetch's largest business unit. This role is central to shaping sales strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring leadership prioritizes key objectives. The ideal candidate will excel at simplifying complex issues, providing actionable insights, and guiding confident decision-making. This full-time position offers flexibility to work from a US office or remotely within the United States. You will own critical business rhythms and support high-impact interactions with the Board, executive team, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or sales operations roles
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable, high-impact solutions
- Project Management: Familiarity with tech industry product development processes and lifecycle for consumer and enterprise businesses. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Execution Excellence: A “get things done” attitude with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from planning to execution
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and guide strategic decisions
- Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, etc) to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to leverage data insights to drive strategy and operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the flexibility to pivot as business priorities evolve
- Critical Thinking : Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach problems systematically and deliver well-rounded, nuanced solutions
Responsibilities
- Support Chief Revenue Officer to run her 100+ person team: Act as a hybrid of COO and Chief of Staff to the CRO, helping “champion and challenge” key decisions; lead and define the company's overall sales strategy, aligning with long-term revenue targets
- Data-Driven Insights: Perform in-depth data collection and analysis to inform vertical level decision-making, framing trade-offs and providing actionable recommendations that balance risk and reward
- Operational Excellence: Operationalize the strategy and own the business cadence. Design the operating processes and tools to effectively manage the organization. Ensure meetings (staff, revenue reviews) are fit for purpose, run with an eye for efficiency, and with expected outcomes well understood
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key metrics, and develop sales activity dashboards (as needed), ensuring both high accountability and a unified view of business performance
- Executive-Level Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to CRO and the broader Fetch executive team to support high-level decision-making. Identify key operating metrics and build an effective approach to monitor progress against goals
- Sales Commissions: Design and manage commission plans that drive sales performance, align with revenue objectives, and adapt to evolving business needs
- Sales Tools: Lead the team and define tools strategy across CRM, lead generation, prospecting, sales automation, and enablement platforms, ensuring all tools are modern, effective, and aligned with go-to-market priorities

- Substantial experience interacting with and influencing senior-level executives
- Superb business judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Board-level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to bring disparate perspectives and personalities together; Communicate in ways others can “hear” and understand
