Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), or related fields
- Proven experience in building and scaling AI-powered products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex AI technologies and effectively communicate with engineering teams
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry, its unique challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
- A passion for Conversational AI and a commitment to improving customer experiences in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and execute our Conversational AI solutions' product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive the development and launch of new products and features
- Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Conversational AI and the financial services industry, staying up-to-date on relevant trends and technologies
- Lead customer discovery efforts, gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and customers to stay ahead of market needs
