Summary

Join our team as Vice President of Real Estate, overseeing the entire real estate process from site identification to lease negotiation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly within the restaurant or retail sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successful site selection, lease negotiation, and project management
• Strong understanding of market analysis, demographic research, and financial modeling
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, franchisors, community leaders, and other stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term real estate plans

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers, franchisors, and internal teams to identify and evaluate potential sites for new restaurant locations
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess the viability of potential sites
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agents
• Engage with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to understand community needs
• Lead negotiations for site acquisitions, leases, and other real estate transactions
• Work closely with the franchisor to ensure that site selections meet brand standards
• Oversee the development process from site selection to store opening
• Manage the real estate department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective site acquisitions
• Develop and implement long-term real estate strategies that align with the company’s growth plans
• Provide regular updates to the executive team on real estate activities, market trends, and project status
