Summary

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales operations and channel operations, with a focus on enabling channel organizations that sell through resellers and MSPs
  • Demonstrated experience as a channel manager or within a partner organization
  • In-depth knowledge of sales KPIs, processes, and technology stacks (e.g., CRM systems, BI, AI Agents, sales enablement tools)
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy that supports the company's overall sales goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor the sales operations and channel operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Data discovery and leadership – measuring leading indicators, improving access to the right data and improving predictability, while creating new levels of efficiency and effectiveness in the GTM and sales organizations
  • Design and execute programs to enable channel partners, including resellers and MSPs, to effectively sell and support our products and services
  • Collaborate with channel leadership to identify opportunities for partner growth and development
  • Create and manage partner incentive programs to drive channel sales performance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales processes and methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency across the sales organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to identify areas for improvement and to ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Manage the sales technology stack, ensuring tools and systems are optimized to support the sales team's needs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align sales operations strategies with broader company objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, finance, and customer success, to support cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track sales performance and operational metrics
