Summary
Join TrustYou as the Vice President of Sales and Key Accounts in APAC, based remotely in Singapore. Lead and motivate the Business Development and Key Account Management team to generate revenue through sales of TrustYou's CXP, CDP, and Agent Platforms. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales cycle, and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience (10+ years), 5+ years in leadership, and a deep understanding of the APAC market. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism or relevant field
- Understanding about regional nuances where we might need to flex our global strategy. Experience managing multiple regions within APAC is a must
- Extensive experience in sales, with 10+ years in sales and 5+ years in leadership
- Self starter and hands-on mentality
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment— you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
- Skilled at establishing strong professional relationships with customers on different levels
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong contract negotiation and closing skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple geographies and time zones in APAC
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with additional languages a bonus (Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach our APAC Business Development and Key Account Management Team by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement
- Strategically manage efforts to exceed goals and quotas, both individually and for the team; building a key, sustainable pipeline to help drive new business
- Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel
- Manage the full sales cycle by writing and negotiating proposals for clients
- Create awareness of TrustYou’s products and establish TrustYou as the market leader in the APAC
- Attend trade shows and other relevant industry events in the APAC to inform potential clients about product features
- Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real world interactions with prospects and customers, including presentations and keynotes in territory
- Create an inspiring and motivating team environment with an open communication culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Hospitality SaaS companies
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
