Summary
Join Pathward, a hybrid, remote-office financial empowerment company, as a Video Production Lead. You will create engaging video content showcasing Pathward's values, strategic objectives, and employee impact. Lead the production of internal and external videos, from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, filming, editing, and audio/music direction. Develop and manage an editorial calendar and production workflow, ensuring efficient video creation and budget management. Coordinate administrative tasks, manage video assets, and support large company meetings. This role requires a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 8+ years of related experience in video production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelorβs or equivalent
- Extensive experience producing all aspects of video content, including ideation, filming, editing, audio music enhancement and graphics
- Passion and expertise identifying, conceptualizing and storyboarding video content
- Experience building and managing editorial calendars and production schedules
- Exceptional writing skills across news, business, instructional design, and creative genres
- Experience advising, coaching and interacting with business and community leaders
- Must be passionate about driving financial inclusion for all

Responsibilities
- Lead the production of internal- and external-facing Pathward videos, including concepting, scriptwriting, narration, shooting, editing, and video, audio mixing, and music direction for a range of videos to include customer testimonials, employee stories, executive team messaging, regular company news/updates, and training
- Develop editorial content and a production calendar to provide clarity on deliverables and transparency of bandwidth. Establish a workflow for video requests and creation
- Manage editing needs and the associated budget
- Manage video assets (e.g., logging, and archiving videos)
- Coordinate, track and manage basic administrative and budgetary tasks as assigned, such as budget management, vendor contract forms, and film/video shoot scheduling and logistics
- Support the production of large, company meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
