Summary
Join EVERSANA as a Virtual Account Representative and play a key role in launching a new women's health product. You will build virtual relationships with healthcare professionals, educate customers, and drive sales growth. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of previous virtual sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostics required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Lead the virtual introduction and launch of the disposable pessary product into the market
- Develop and maintain strong virtual relationships with healthcare providers and clinics. Regular virtual contact with new and prospective customers
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide comprehensive virtual product training and education to healthcare professionals and potential customers. Inclusive of coordinating sample distribution to ensure clinical staff has materials they need to educate and train patients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop virtual promotional materials and strategies to support product launch and ongoing sales. Represent our client at appropriate professional industry meetings and seminars
- Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
- All other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Womenβs Health/gynecology experience preferred
- Familiarity with women's health issues, specifically urology and pelvic health, is preferred
