Summary
Join our remote call center team as a representative! This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and requires a minimum 9-month commitment. You will handle inbound/outbound sales calls, solve problems, and maintain detailed documentation while adhering to scripts and procedures. Maintain a calm workspace and meet tech requirements including specific laptop and headset specifications and a wired LTE router. Full-time schedules are 5 days a week, 8-9 hours a day, with a base salary plus performance incentives. Enjoy two yearly company events.
Requirements
- Good communication & computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Reliable and coachable
- Must follow a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks)
- Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+
- Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
- Wired USB headset with visible microphone (No AirPods or wireless)
- Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected via cable)
- Wi-Fi and hotspot not accepted
