Summary

Join our team as an administrative assistant, managing our recruiting pipeline, scheduling interviews, researching suppliers, making online purchases, handling deliveries, arranging travel, and managing basic invoices. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the company. The role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM CEST. Prior experience with modern tools like Slack, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, and Google Calendar is highly valued. This is an immediate start position. Being from Poland, Serbia, Malta, or Italy is a plus.

Requirements

  • Availability Needed: Must be available Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM CEST
  • If you have any full-time university studies or other major commitments, please do not apply
  • Looking for individuals who are technically oriented and proficient with modern tools like Slack, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Calendar, etc

Responsibilities

  • Managing our recruiting/hiring pipeline
  • Booking appointments and coordinating interviews with candidates
  • Researching suppliers
  • Researching and purchasing items online
  • Handling courier deliveries
  • Arranging travel
  • Sending/receiving basic invoices

Preferred Qualifications

Being from one of these countries is a big plus! (Poland, Serbia, Malta, and Italy)
