You will support our client's team by setting up and managing automations, integrating AI tools, building funnels, running Facebook ad campaigns, and communicating with clients. Requirements

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and funnel-building platforms (e.g., Clickfunnels)
• Experience in setting up and running Facebook ad campaigns
• Professional Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and prospects
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage automations and workflows using tools like Zapier
• Integrate AI tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Build and manage funnels using platforms like Clickfunnels
• Create and run Facebook ad campaigns, including ad setup, optimization, and performance tracking
• Communicate with clients or prospects via messaging platforms to provide updates and answer inquiries
• Implement and manage basic systems and tools for streamlined operations
• Ensure all tools and strategies align with the company's funding processes and objectives
