Virtual Assistant - CRM & Automations Specialist

Summary

Join We Clone You, a leading virtual assistant company, as a Virtual Assistant to support our client's team. You will manage CRM platforms, set up automations and integrations, provide technical assistance with Google Workspace, and troubleshoot workflow issues. Experience with at least one major CRM and integration tools is required. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a quick learner, and detail-oriented. This work-from-home position offers hourly pay ($4-$12/hour), professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Referral bonuses are also available.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel)
• Strong understanding of integration tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly, etc.)
• Proficiency with Google Suite / Google Workspace
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot platform issues independently

Responsibilities

• Support clients with tasks related to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Set up and manage automation and integrations using tools like Zapier , Make (Integromat) , or native platform integrations
• Provide technical assistance with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
• Assist with troubleshooting , workflow optimization, and tech stack alignment
• Contribute to tasks involving AI tools or emerging tech if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity or interest in AI tools , APIs, or low-code platforms
