Requirements
- Maintain high accuracy in all tasks

- Possess experience with Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and Zapier
- Be available in the PST Time Zone
- Exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Show familiarity with airports, hotels, and car rentals in the US
- Have experience with AI & Automation (ChatGPT, Zapier)
Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Create detailed agendas and executive summaries
- Respond to inbound emails, categorize leads in HubSpot, and execute workflows
- Organize travel, coordinate events, and provide daily support to the CEO and COO
- Post content on LinkedIn/Twitter and respond to messages
- Manage student inquiries and provide assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- Show interest in AI and the Legal Industry
- Have experience with Expense Management Tools (Concur or similar)
