Requirements

  • Be fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or any certificate course
  • Have excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Possess solid organizational & time management skills
  • Be tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Have knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Have a proactive attitude & willingness to be trained
  • Be able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Have a USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Have a working Webcam
  • Have a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Have a Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Have a Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents
  • Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting Mandarin and English between parties
  • Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues
  • Coordinate with contractors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and issue payments
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls
  • Research and make optimal decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
