Summary

Requirements

• Possess excellent language skills in professional English, Swedish and Norwegian, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2)
• Have 2+ years experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call center
• Possess exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong administration skills
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• Be service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values

• Be computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Be able to work a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, with ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 08:00-20:00 GMT shift either Sunday to Thursday /or Tuesday to Saturday
• Be located in the United Kingdom
• Have a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions (if working remotely)
• Meet minimum internet speed requirements if working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

• Have additional software or CRM tools experience
• Live within a commutable distance of the office for a hybrid working arrangement
