Summary

Join Ten Lifestyle Group as an Arabic-Speaking Virtual Lifestyle Specialist and kickstart your career in luxury travel and concierge services. This temporary contract, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, offers a fully remote working environment with full training and mentoring. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and emails, providing tailored support to high-profile clients in the MENA, Europe, Asia, and US regions, and arranging bookings for luxury hotels, villas, cruises, transfers, flights, and more. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be comfortable using online platforms and systems and have a flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude. The contract is fixed-term until August 2025, with the potential to extend or become permanent. Requirements

  • Are a recent graduate or someone looking to grow in the travel/customer service space
  • Speak Arabic and English fluently
  • Are a great communicator and problem-solver
  • Are confident using digital platforms and multitasking under pressure
  • Can work flexible hours (including weekends and some evenings)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using online platforms, tools, and systems
  • A flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work shift patterns , including weekends and evenings (rotational shifts)
  • Access to a quiet, reliable home working set-up (laptop provided)
  • Start Date: April or May 2025
  • Contract Duration: Fixed-term (until August 2025) with potential to extend or become permanent

Responsibilities

  • Respond to travel and lifestyle requests via phone and email in both Arabic and English
  • Arrange bookings for hotels, villas, cruises, transfers, flights, and more
  • Deliver top-tier service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Promote exclusive offers and lifestyle perks
  • Work closely with trusted suppliers and global partners
  • Keep detailed records to ensure a smooth member experience
  • Build real connections with members — you’re not just a voice on the phone!

Preferred Qualifications

  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
