Join us and let's shape the AI Economy together! The VP of Learning Experience Design (LXD) is a critical leadership role responsible for the design, customization, and delivery of high-impact training experiences for Correlation Oneβs enterprise and governmental clients.
Requirements
- Industry and Domain Expertise: The VP must be deeply informed about the professional upskilling space, regularly consuming and sharing industry insights to improve the quality of our learning experiences
- Learning Strategy and Customization: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consulting with a focus on learning strategy and curriculum development
- Client Engagement: Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients, understand their needs, and translate those needs into effective, customized learning solutions
- Innovation and Technology: Strong background in managing educational technologies and driving innovation in content and delivery methods
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and content quality, particularly in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the customization of content for training programs, content for stand-alone assessments, and content for competitions/datathons to meet specific client needs
- Serve as a consultative expert during client engagements, ensuring that our curriculum development is aligned with client expectations and goals while advocating for the learner and ensuring learning efficacy
- Manage and develop a high-performing team consisting of Learning Designers, Content Developers, and a Content Product Owner, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure content is delivered on time, under budget, and with high quality standards while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with strategic objectives
- Use data to drive content development and delivery decisions. Monitor and measure the success of training programs, using insights to refine and improve future offerings
