The VP of Learning Experience Design (LXD) at Correlation One is responsible for designing, customizing, and delivering high-impact training experiences for enterprise and governmental clients. The role requires strategic leadership, team management, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a strong background in learning strategy, client engagement, innovation, technology, team leadership, process improvement, and proactive problem solving.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership abilities
• Ability to align high-level strategies and KPIs with process design and execution
• Industry and domain expertise in the professional upskilling space
• Strong technical acumen and subject matter expertise in data science, AI, and generative AI education
• Expertise in learning strategy and curriculum development
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients, understand their needs, and translate those needs into effective, customized learning solutions
• Strong background in managing educational technologies and driving innovation in content and delivery methods
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and content quality
• Proactive problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and deliver high-impact training experiences for enterprise and governmental clients
• Lead a team of Learning Designers and Content Developers
