Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated success managing and closing large, complex deals with enterprise-level clients, ideally within the Martech or Adtech space
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring best practices across the sales team
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of our top 20 enterprise prospect accounts, focusing on landing high-value deals and nurturing long-term relationships
- Lead and execute complex Enterprise RFPs, collaborating across teams to deliver winning responses that align with BlueConic’s unique value proposition
- Meet and exceed quota by driving strategic, consultative engagements with enterprise prospects
- Provide thought leadership to the sales organization, setting best practices for strategic selling and cross-team collaboration
- Serve as the SME for BlueConic’s CDP and Experiences (CDOS), educating prospects on the power of our solutions to solve their most pressing challenges
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and progress, ensuring visibility and alignment with revenue targets
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for high-priority accounts
- Be a champion for BlueConic’s mission and inspire your peers to continuously elevate their selling strategies
