Requirements

  • Experience selling technology-enabled solutions to a healthcare payer
  • 10+ years sales experience in the healthcare technology industry
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in payment integrity solutions for healthcare payers
  • Demonstrated record of obtaining and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong knowledge of marketing needs, competition and latest industry trends
  • High energy and flexibility to thrive in an evolving team environment
  • Well organized with outstanding follow-through and tremendous attention to detail
  • Skilled in face to face and virtual presentations as well as on-line demos

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, evaluate their needs, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle from first contact to implementation
  • Develop business opportunities within the healthcare payer industry
  • Meet with key executives to educate and appropriate payment integrity solutions
  • Research and analyze strategies in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to provide internal reporting to leadership team
  • Represent Apixio at conferences, educational forums, and other industry events
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Travel requirement is 10-25% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned
