Requirements

• Proven experience (12+ years) in strategic innovation, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis
• Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Depth of experience in CPG and the retail environment with proven success in collaborating with sales to expand distribution, product portfolio and relationships with key customers
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (POS, panel data, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals
• Bring to life the strategy and processed of product development from start to finish, from ideation and concept testing to formulation and commercialization
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Production, and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration of innovation initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform innovation strategies
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities
• Develop and manage the innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact projects
• Build and lead a high-performing innovation team
• Collaborate with senior leadership and executive leadership across innovation strategies and project updates to inform on future programs
• Ensure all new products and processes comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies
