Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Proven leadership experience at Director or VP level, specifically managing clinical teams across multiple locations
• Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR quality measures, and value-based care delivery models
• Experience managing or scaling clinical operations within Medicare or Medicaid populations
