Summary

Join Pair Team as their founding Technical Recruiter and play a critical role in growing the team that builds their technology. You will own the end-to-end hiring processes for all technical positions, attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering, product, design, and data talent. You will partner with hiring managers to build an efficient recruiting process, enhance the employer brand, and create a seamless candidate experience. This is a fully remote position reporting to the VP of People. Pair Team plans to heavily invest in their internal tool, Arc, in 2025, and this role is crucial to support its development. Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume or high-growth startup environment (healthtech and prior founding technical recruiter experience a plus!)
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering, data, and product management teams
  • Experience building out technical recruiting strategy at a scaling organization
  • A strong network of technical talent that you can draw from and continue to cultivate
  • Experience with Google Suite and an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and closing
  • A deep understanding of how to navigate sourcing tools and social media networks to find candidates
  • Awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability – own driving results for the mission, business, and candidate experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Product and Engineering with the support of a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Partner with tech leadership to build and drive our tech recruiting strategy
  • Attract, source, and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques
  • Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through outreach efforts and partnerships
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Manage a high volume of candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Track deadlines, working collaboratively with your hiring partners to ensure that hiring goals are met on time
  • Sell Pair Team's story, growth trajectory, business priorities, and culture like a pro
  • Utilize ATS and data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical hiring
