Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Expert in customer-centric content generation and solution selling
  • Experience in planning, building, and executing effective demand generation campaigns
  • Strong experience with channel marketing and organic growth
  • Proven success in driving high-quality lead flow and revenue growth in a channel environment
  • Professional services experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Experience working with and leading global teams, with team members in both the Western and Eastern hemisphere
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, campaign ROI, and revenue impact
  • Experience in Data and analytics, cloud or technology consulting industries
  • Familiarity with leading CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work quickly, collaboratively, and cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel (including direct and account based) demand generation strategy aligned with 66degrees’ overall sales and marketing objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Create high quality content, supported by a global team, that can be used by Professional Services sellers to secure meetings and build pipeline, including case studies, short-form videos, podcasts, pitch decks, and sales play that align to a customer-centric, solution selling strategy
  • Design demand generation campaigns, building content for campaigns, executing digital aspects of campaign, and arming professional services sellers with enablement materials to build pipeline and have relevant conversations with customers
  • Develop and optimize strategies for organic lead flow and channel partnerships, ensuring scalable growth
  • Tailor marketing approaches to enterprise clients in a professional services environment, aligning with complex buying cycles
  • Oversee and optimize various lead generation channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, inbound marketing, outbound marketing and events and partnerships
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead qualification and handoff, optimizing the lead nurturing process and maximizing conversion rates. Maintain open communication and feedback loops with sales to ensure lead quality
  • Evaluate, select, and implement marketing automation and lead generation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on the latest lead generation technologies and trends
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for lead generation, run account based marketing programs and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team to drive marketing excellence
