Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Golang and Python in real-time streaming systems
• Experience in fields such as low-latency stream processing
• A proven track record of scaling early-stage startups through key growth phases
• The ability to balance high-level strategic leadership with deep technical involvement

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team
• Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects
• Oversee development of real-time streaming and AI-powered systems
