Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Must have extensive experience in a senior finance role within the advertising and marketing industry
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability of driving financial performance and growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization
  • Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and US GAAP

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance team, including the Controller and FP&A function, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Lead the transformation of the FP&A team into a Business Intelligence unit capable of delivering on-demand insights
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations to business leaders to drive financial performance
  • Focus on financial planning, cost optimization, workforce budgeting, and investment strategies to drive financial health and long-term sustainability
  • Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies as well as go-to market commercialization that optimizes profitability, enhances competitive positioning, and aligns with market dynamics and customer value perception
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive reporting systems to track and analyze resource utilization, timekeeping, and billability metrics
  • Develop tools, systems, and processes to provide critical financial and operational information to the organization and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, focusing on growth and profitability
  • Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies that enhance financial operations and decision-making capabilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure alignment of financial goals with business strategies
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights that inform strategic business decisions
  • Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to safeguard the organization's assets and integrity of financial information
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support merger and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or CPA
  • Experience with financial systems and tools especially Netsuite and Adaptive
  • Salesforce experience
