Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the Enterprise SaaS partnership management and business development space, with proven success developing and executing cloud partnership strategies that drove measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders at our largest cloud partners, coupled with deep knowledge of their ecosystem and priorities
- Experience building and managing both internal and external partner programs, developing frameworks for scaling partnerships, and leading the creation of mutually beneficial partner ecosystems
- Proven experience in leading, building, and mentoring partnership teams, with a strong focus on pipeline metrics and revenue growth
- Skilled at quickly prioritizing and deprioritizing tasks, while effectively communicating changes to empower cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Exceptional public speaker, comfortable representing the company at partner and industry events
- Open to frequent travel, with convenient access to a major hub airport
Responsibilities
- Set and drive the strategic direction for GrowthLoop’s partnership function, leading initiatives to grow partner revenue while collaborating with Executive, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on vision and objectives
- Own pipeline and revenue goals for our largest cloud partners
- Develop and execute GTM plans that position GrowthLoop as a competitive leader in the ecosystem, drive sustainable revenue growth, and ensure mutual success with our partners
- Establish yourself as a thought leader within Cloud ecosystems regarding Agentic AI for Marketing
- Manage, scale, and retain a high-performing and engaged partnerships team
- Work with your partner leads to scale partner programs and manage participation in partner-led initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product, Sales, Marketing) to develop joint solutions, value propositions, marketing collateral, and content that maximizes the joint impact of our partnerships
- Identify and prioritize new ecosystem opportunities with our cloud partners and continuously elevate GrowthLoop’s presence
- Serve as a GrowthLoop ambassador and industry thought leader, actively engaging in key conversations and representing the company at partner and industry events, as well as onsite with customers and prospects
- Negotiate and execute strategic partnership initiatives, including joint content, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with GrowthLoop’s long-term vision
- Build executive relationships at each of our cloud partners to drive our joint narrative up the chain to key executives
- Lead by example for the team by finding alternative methods to build pipeline, whether it be through your network or other methods
