Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in hyper growth environments
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing revenue operations on a global scale
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a global team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing sales and customer success processes
  • Deep understanding of reporting down to the individual level as well as up to the board level

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to drive sustainable growth and achieve financial targets
  • Lead the design and implementation of processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of sales and marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align revenue operations initiatives with broader business objectives and strategic goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Analyze key revenue metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams
  • Drive the development and enforcement of best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance revenue generation and operational excellence
