Summary

Join Modern Campus as a Director of Revenue Operations to manage the revenue tech stack, optimize revenue processes, and support overall growth efforts. This role requires experience with specific tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, and others. The salary range is between $120,000 - $135,000, and the position is remote-first.

Requirements

• SaaS background and experience in Higher Education preferred
• Must have experience with the following tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesLoft

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue tech stack to ensure it is set up to execute a data-driven strategy and enable best in class practices
• Oversee the optimization of revenue processes and management of KPIs, working closely with both the VP of Marketing and CRO
• Develop and implement standardized practices and procedures
• Monitor data for quality and implement practices to improve data integrity
• Manage integrations
• User setup and enablement
• Case management (collect business requirements and collaborate with colleagues to create, test, deploy and enable solutions)
• Create and Interpret data and present actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategy development and execution
• Monitor and conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing, SDR, Sales teams to innovate new processes, technology, data to continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience with the following or similar tools: LinkedIn Navigator, AgileEd, Paperflite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SurveyMonkey, Docusign, CMS (website experience), Zendesk, Kantata, Pendo
