Summary

Join DuploCloud's sales team as a leader, setting and achieving ambitious growth targets. Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, building and empowering a high-performing team. Analyze performance, engage with key customers, and support them in their cloud operations initiatives. This role offers remote work flexibility within the Bay Area, with monthly travel within the U.S. and Canada required. A competitive compensation package, including a commission structure and comprehensive benefits, is offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field of study and 8 years of experience scaling a SaaS organization or product line to $30 million in annual recurring revenue and beyond
  • 8 years of experience creating and iterating sales playbooks
  • 8 years of experience with B2B sales experience including that of a venture capital-funded software company
  • 5 years of experience with selling to developers in the infrastructure or cybersecurity space and demand generation, financial planning, sales management, and recruitment and management of B2B sales team
  • 5 years of experience with financial management, territory planning, B2B sales models leveraging tools like a customer relationship management system, marketing automation platform, and other modern sales technology such as: salesforce, CRM software, AWS, and other marketing and sales tools
  • 4 years of experience with cloud architecture design, optimization, diagnostics, and other modern agile application deployment practices such as: waterfall deployments, iterative deployment, continuous deployments, and other approaches to DevOps
  • Successfully complete a competency-based interview

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales team to set and deliver on growth targets
  • Work with the CEO, VP Marketing, VP Engineering, and VP Customer Success to determine attainable growth goals, manage the go to market plan, and build the team to execute this plan
  • Start the annual growth plan, hiring and enabling the go to market team
  • Analyze areas where DuploCloud is over-/under-performing
  • Work first-hand with strategic customers
  • Engage customers as they consider strategic cloud operations initiatives
