The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role within a large recruitment firm, a strong network, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role in a large recruitment or staffing company, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the specific needs of clients in this space
- An established network of clients and industry contacts, with a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Interested in becoming a co-owner of a smaller, high-potential recruitment agency and willing to actively contribute to its growth
- Comfortable working with an international team, especially Ukrainian recruiters, and can adapt to a remote-first, culturally diverse environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at expanding our market reach, generating new leads, and growing our client portfolio
- Leverage your network to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients and prospects. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their staffing needs and aligning our services accordingly
- Identify new business opportunities and verticals within the recruitment and staffing industry, driving the agency’s growth in international markets
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales and recruiting efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients and the delivery of high-quality services
- Participate in strategic decision-making as a potential co-owner, working closely with the founders to shape the company’s vision, mission, and values
