Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales and strategic account management roles within Managed Services, Professional Services, or SaaS organizations
  • A strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and craft custom solutions
  • Proven success in building and managing relationships with C-suite executives and navigating enterprise sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close large-scale ($10M+) enterprise contracts and long-term engagements
  • Strong operational acumen to manage pilot programs and oversee delivery of complex solutions
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ownership; able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives at enterprise-level clients, leading high-impact strategic conversations
  • Lead solution scoping and early-stage business development with new opportunities inside existing accounts
  • Design and oversee pilot programs that validate new solutions and deliver measurable business impact
  • Manage complex contract negotiations that align client goals with Invisible’s business model and capabilities
  • Own long-term client relationships and grow account value through additional services and solution areas
  • Drive strategic account planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and long-term success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy by consistently delivering business value
