Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Product Management leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, user experience principles, and technology trends
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impact and driving business growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with companyβs vision and goals
- Lead and mentor a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements, gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Compensation: $190,000 - $240,000
