Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role at a managed services and consulting company with large, global clients
  • Deep understanding of software quality engineering and assurance processes, methodologies, tools, and best practices, gained through 10+ years of in-the-trenches client work
  • A keen intellect, vivid imagination, systems thinking, and rapid problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve greatness
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities, enabling deep listening, clear understanding, and invigorating message delivery
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Imagine, iterate, hold, drive, evangelize, and activate a viewpoint on the future of quality engineering
  • Collaborate with the Testlio VP, Alliances and external software partners to build joint offerings and fuel go-to-market activities
  • Engage with enterprise-class prospects in partnership with the Testlio Sales and Services teams. Provide authentic and clear guidance on quality assurance strategies, tactics, technologies, methodologies, and impact
  • Dive into intellectually stimulating, and 100M+ user scale-impacting, work with some of the top digital companies on the planet. Help Testlio Services teams and top clients see, design, and implement new approaches
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Quality Architects, providing standards, encouragement, support, and mentorship
