Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or identity verification industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close deals valued at $1M+
  • Experience driving $20M+ in annual revenue with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication
  • Expertise in sales technology and analytics, with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers and key prospects
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
  • Represent Jumio at industry events, strengthening brand recognition and market presence
  • Identify opportunities in new markets and industries, driving strategic growth initiatives
  • Implement and refine sales processes and tools, including effective use of CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with the identity verification, AML, or KYC market
  • Established network within enterprise accounts in relevant industries
  • Experience scaling sales organizations in high-growth, competitive environments
