Summary

Requirements
- 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or identity verification industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close deals valued at $1M+
- Experience driving $20M+ in annual revenue with a track record of exceeding targets
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication
- Expertise in sales technology and analytics, with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers and key prospects
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
- Represent Jumio at industry events, strengthening brand recognition and market presence
- Identify opportunities in new markets and industries, driving strategic growth initiatives
- Implement and refine sales processes and tools, including effective use of CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the identity verification, AML, or KYC market
- Established network within enterprise accounts in relevant industries
- Experience scaling sales organizations in high-growth, competitive environments
