Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Supply Chain
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Warehousing and cross-border supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to receive shipments accurately and on time
• Verify that inbound inventory matches purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
• Address any discrepancies or damages with relevant teams to be taken up with suppliers and logistics partners
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Work closely with warehouse staff to prioritize shipments and minimize delays
• Coordinate with the Returns team for returned inventory reprocessing, restocking, or liquidation
• Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect inventory
• Act as the main point of contact between the warehouse staff and the company
• Conduct daily check-ins via Zoom to oversee warehouse activities and provide real-time instructions
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, ensuring full visibility
• Ensure all shipments comply with Amazon’s FBA requirements
• Generate and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipment status
• Address any discrepancies, inefficiencies or bottlenecks and work on process improvements to optimize warehouse operations
