Summary

This remote position (based in Pakistan, supporting the USA time zone) is full-time and involves managing warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and optimizing inventory flow. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Supply Chain
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Warehousing and cross-border supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to receive shipments accurately and on time
- Verify that inbound inventory matches purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
- Address any discrepancies or damages with relevant teams to be taken up with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers
- Work closely with warehouse staff to prioritize shipments and minimize delays
- Coordinate with the Returns team for returned inventory reprocessing, restocking, or liquidation
- Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect inventory
- Act as the main point of contact between the warehouse staff and the company
- Conduct daily check-ins via Zoom to oversee warehouse activities and provide real-time instructions
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, ensuring full visibility
- Ensure all shipments comply with Amazonβs FBA requirements
- Generate and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipment status
- Address any discrepancies, inefficiencies or bottlenecks and work on process improvements to optimize warehouse operations
