Summary

The job is for a Web Application Developer II at DRT Strategies to support development of a public health web portal for the CDC. The ideal candidate will have experience in web application development, proficiency in modern web technologies, server-side technologies, databases, version control systems, and Azure cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust with the US federal government
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
• Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Strong experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java)
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and services
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• At least seven years’ leading IT development or analytical projects or with collaborating with technical teams
• Skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborators
• Skilled in translating public health information, data, and concepts to functional technical requirements
