• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with the following platforms: WordPress, Shopify, WebFlow, and Figma

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the web development team, aligning their work with the company’s strategic objectives
• Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of websites, ensuring they’re responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and design teams to translate business goals into effective web strategies that drive revenue growth and support profit margins
• Set coding standards and ensure best practices are followed, maintaining the security, scalability, and reliability of web properties
• Keep the team up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends, driving innovation within the department

• Manage the web development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, and monitor project costs to support profitability and maintain healthy profit margins
