Requirements

  • 3-6 years of growth marketing experience, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Strong execution abilities across email marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
  • Familiarity with the web3/crypto professional landscape
  • Experience developing and executing lifestyle and engagement marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to drive retention-focused initiatives and increase ongoing user engagement
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Located in US time zones (Western Europe time zones considered)

Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition through email marketing (current list: 10k+), Twitter, and other channels you identify
  • Create compelling content focused on platform usage, best practices, and helping users maximize value
  • Collaborate with key event organizers, establishing our platform as their go-to solution
  • Develop and execute engagement programs for our paying members
  • Set up analytics and run experiments to identify our most effective growth channels
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to influence growth-related feature development
  • Build and execute lifestyle marketing strategies to align with our audience’s aspirations and values
  • Implement engagement marketing campaigns to deepen user connections and enhance retention
  • Focus on retention initiatives, creating programs and strategies to boost ongoing platform usage and member satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to professional/B2B audiences
  • Track record of building and scaling growth programs from scratch
  • Experience with event marketing or professional networking products
  • Deep understanding of web3 professional communities
