Requirements

• 12 months working remote
• 2+ years experience managing virtual events and webinars

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive webinar production checklist within the first 15 days to standardize planning, execution, and follow-up tasks
• Plan and execute at least one webinar within the first 30 days, ensuring no technical issues and achieving 90% attendee satisfaction based on post-event feedback
• Implement at least one interactive feature (e.g., live polls or Q&A) in a webinar and achieve a 15% engagement rate among attendees
• Organize speakers
• Troubleshoot tech
• Captivate audiences
• Coordinate timelines
• Ensure flawless execution
• Solve technical problems
• Use tools and strategies that keep attendees hooked from start to finish
