Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in web content management, preferably within a large multicultural organisation or institution
- Familiarity with content management systems β particularly Drupal β and basic HTML/CSS
- Skills in graphic web design (image resizing, format adaptation, creation of elements such as banners and icons)
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and train a diverse network of contributors
- Editorial sensitivity and attention to detail in producing and reviewing content
Responsibilities
- Manage the intranet as editorial webmaster, including training and coaching content contributors
- Publish intranet news and announcements in a timely and visually engaging manner
- Create and update intranet pages based on departmental requests, ensuring visual consistency and supporting contributors in maintaining their content
- Maintain the βWho is Whoβ section to ensure accurate and up-to-date staff and organisational information
- Ensure overall editorial consistency and content quality across the intranet platform
- Create and adapt visuals (e.g. banners, infographics) using Canva to enhance content presentation
- Provide guidance on content creation, layout standards, and use of the content management system (Drupal)
- Act as the first point of contact for contributor queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the development team for technical resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent command of English, knowledge of French would be a plus
